At Aviso Wealth, we are recruiting a skilled Investment Representative to enhance our Contact Centre team. This integral position requires a passion for financial services, with responsibilities including managing online trading inquiries and resolving client issues. You'll engage proactively with financial advisors and clients alike, using your in-depth knowledge to provide timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Manage order flow for online trading effectively

• Resolve client complaints and initiate investigations

• Stay updated on market trends affecting investments

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or economics preferred

• Completion of Canadian Securities and Conduct Handbook required

• 1-3 years' experience as an Investment Representative

• 2-3 years' experience in customer-facing financial roles

• Fluent English; bilingual French is an asset
