We are seeking a dedicated MAP Support Specialist to assist both internal and external stakeholders in navigating our investment management solutions. This role involves processing transactions, resolving problems, and supporting advisors in successful program implementation. Utilize your financial services expertise, especially in high net-worth client management to contribute to our mission of improving financial well-being for Canadians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as daily support for SMA programs and investment solutions
• Handle inquiries from stakeholders professionally and promptly
• Process investment instructions, account transfers, and redemptions
• Execute trades for redemption and contribution requests
• Guide advisors on SMA procedures for effective implementation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in finance
• Completion of CSC and CPH courses required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and portfolio management software
