Key Responsibilities:

• Establish loyalty with mortgage brokers through positive interactions

• Maintain relationships with mortgage insurers and appraisers

• Adjudicate applications within authority limits

• Ensure due diligence before finalizing mortgage documents

• Prepare and issue commitments in line with service agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage underwriting experience

• Completed post-secondary education or equivalent

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
