As part of TMX Group, a leader in the capital markets, you will handle securities transfer requests and inquiries from shareholders and brokers. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also engage with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and process securities transfer requests accurately
• Operate record-keeping systems for shareholder activities
• Answer inquiries about transfer requirements thoroughly
• Enhance understanding of regulatory guidelines and client services
• Prepare monthly statistics for management review
Requirements:
• College diploma or similar qualification in business or finance
• 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Familiarity with back-office administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
