Position: Mortgage Officer at Fairstone Bank

In this full-time permanent role, you will oversee mortgage files following the sign-back of commitment letters through to funding, ensuring broker conditions are met.

Your role is vital in upholding lending policies by conducting thorough documentation reviews and collaborating with the Funding team for timely closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify client documentation for accuracy

• Own approved files, check data, and update records

• Ensure documents are signed and received on time

• Organize mortgage documentation in a timely manner

• Serve as primary contact for mortgage brokers post-signature

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Strong communication skills required

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in relevant field

• Two years in an administrative role preferred
