• Assist institutional clients with asset management and acquisitions

• Develop detailed cash flow projections in Excel and Argus

• Compile market data for appraisal reports and analyses

• Collect and verify data on market rates and transactions

• Maintain accurate data entry in the company database

Requirements:

• University degree in Commerce, Real Estate, or Economics

• 1-2 years of relevant commercial appraisal experience

• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and flexible schedule for local inspections

• Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Candidate status is a plus
