As part of the Operations Team, you will support Aviso clients by handling daily cash transactions in Dataphile. With a focus on accuracy and timeliness, you will reconcile accounts, process fees, and ensure compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash transactions, including EFTs and bill payments
• Reconcile pending and suspense accounts accuracy
• Generate and process client cheques into Dataphile
• Input wire transfers and process client account fees
• Revise Banking Services policy and procedures as needed
Requirements:
• 1+ years in an office environment, securities industry preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with Dataphile is an asset
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
