At Haywood Securities, this role will focus on transactional capital markets and will be essential in managing relationships across retail and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and service needs

• Provide operational support to Investment Advisors

• Support trade execution and settlement processes

• Manage client onboarding and regulatory documentation

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Requires Canadian Securities Course (CSC), CPH, and WME

• U.S. securities licensing preferred

• 5+ years in brokerage support or investment advising

• Experience with Dataphile is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of capital markets operations
