In this role, you will take ownership of mortgage files from commitment sign-off to funding. With your experience in an administrative capacity, particularly in the mortgage sector, you’ll verify client documentation and address discrepancies. Effective communication is essential as you liaise with brokers and the Funding team to meet service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy in mortgage file documentation
• Analyze and update client information in internal systems
• Compile and organize documentation within deadlines
• Serve as a contact point for Mortgage Brokers post-commitment
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure all documentation is complete
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• At least 2 years in an administrative role
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance or related field
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of lending policies and guidelines
