This position involves transaction processing, document validation, and quality control to ensure compliance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mutual fund trades efficiently and accurately

• Review financial documentation for completeness and compliance

• Perform quality control checks on processed data

• Support cash movement tasks, including EFTs and wires

• Assist with reconciliation of investment account records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or financial operations

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or E-Commerce

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with accounting and cash movement processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
