As an Operations Associate, you'll leverage your experience in financial operations and data entry. Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or E-Commerce will enhance your ability to thrive in this dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include executing mutual fund trades, reviewing financial documentation, and collaborating with internal teams for effective discrepancy resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mutual fund trades accurately and efficiently

• Review financial documentation for compliance and completeness

• Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity

• Support cash movements including EFTs and wire transfers

• Assist with reconciliation tasks for investment accounts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or financial operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiar with EFT and wire transfer procedures
