RoleAs the (Senior) Asset Management Analyst, your role is designed to strengthen the financial and analytical capabilities of the team. You will take ownership of valuation models, NOI tracking, and portfolio reporting to support a proactive, data‑driven approach to asset performance. You will maintain and update business plans and valuations quarterly, providing leadership with clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
The role will act as a connector across teams, working closely with accounting, acquisitions, and operations to ensure reporting is accurate, aligned, and timely.
