As a Research Associate, you will develop skills across four investment disciplines—Pender Ventures, Equity, Fixed Income, and Liquid Alternatives. Engage in fundamental business research, participate in team discussions, and assist with deal flow screening over a two‑year rotational program.

• Research and analyze businesses for potential investment
• Prepare industry reports and investment models
• Apply qualitative analysis to guide investment decisions
• Engage in discussions during team meetings
• Assist with due diligence and deal flow screening

• Robust interest in investment management
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Bloomberg
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
