Key Responsibilities- Develop systematic scalping strategies for index derivatives
- Minimize slippage through optimized execution algorithms
- Build robust backtesting and trading infrastructure
- Design risk management and monitoring frameworks
- 3+ years of quantitative trading or research experience
- Robust understanding of index options and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of C++ or backend languages
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline
- Self‑directed with an entrepreneurial spirit
