As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for strategic management of complex valuation engagements and guiding junior professionals. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complex valuation topics will support client needs while adhering to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed appraisal reports and market analyses

• Mentor Valuation Associates and provide constructive feedback

• Perform property inspections as required

• Develop ongoing client relationship management strategies

• Monitor industry trends and provide innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of professional experience in valuation

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or MBA

• Current AACI Designation with the Appraisal Institute

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
