QMUNITY seeks a Senior Finance Manager to spearhead financial oversight, reporting, and policy development as we grow. This role is integral for our upcoming community center launch.

In this vital position, you will be at the helm of QMUNITY’s financial management, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across various functions. You will partner with key stakeholders, including the Executive Director and external contractors, to enhance organizational sustainability and stewardship. Your contributions will guide strategic financial planning crucial to our ongoing evolution.

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee monthly reporting
• Manage payroll and corporate credit card operations
• Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance
• Oversee grant funding and reporting obligations
• Prepare budgets in collaboration with program leadership

• Diploma or degree in finance or related field
• At least three years of relevant financial experience
• Familiarity with RISE payroll systems
• Understanding of charitable regulations and grant compliance
