In this position, you will proactively onboard new retail and business members while providing tailored financial advice. This role prioritizes candidates with 1–3 years in financial services, who are proficient in technology, and possess excellent communication skills. You will perform Financial Health Checks and contribute to a collaborative Advice Centre aimed at meeting diverse financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and onboard new members through outreach
• Conduct comprehensive Financial Health Checks
• Recommend banking and investment products
• Manage accounts and build referral pipelines
• Assist in omni-channel member support
Requirements:
• 1–3 years' experience in financial services or sales
• Familiarity with lending and financial products
• Must obtain Mutual Funds license in six months
• Strong communication and tech proficiency
• Grade 12; post-secondary education is advantageous
