Position: M&A Senior Accountant at Insight Global
Impact financial strategies as a Senior Accountant specializing in M&A for a prominent healthcare organization. Engage in detailed financial due diligence and post-acquisition reporting.

You'll perform financial analyses, prepare diligence reports, and validate revenue-to-cash processes in close cooperation with the Director of Finance. This hands-on role within a public operating environment ensures effective transaction execution and reporting continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed financial analyses involving COGS testing

• Craft thorough due diligence reports detailing financial adjustments

• Validate revenue-to-cash processes and perform reconciliations

• Support closing statements and working capital calculations

• Maintain schedules for acquisition accounting and contingent consideration

Requirements:

• 4-7 years in audit, corporate accounting, or transaction services

• Strong analytical and Excel skills required

• Expertise in due diligence for mid-small transactions

• Exposure to public company reporting is an asset

• High attention to documentation and detail
