Position: Cressey Accounts Receivable Leadership Role
Elevate financial operations at Cressey as an Accounts Receivable Manager. Lead cash operations while focusing on improving cash flow and team performance.

This role directly reports to the Director of IPP Finance & Accounting, where you’ll manage accounts receivable for both residential and commercial properties. You will ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations, driving your team towards high performance in cash application and tenant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead the accounts receivable team

• Oversee tenant management and cash application

• Create and implement collections strategies

• Monitor and enhance aging report efficiencies

• Analyze and prepare accounts receivable performance data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5–8+ years of accounts receivable experience

• 2–3+ years in leadership roles

• Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills

• Property management systems experience is preferred
