As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, you'll be the first point of contact, engaging clients to assess their financial needs. You will connect clients with the right resources and assist with their banking inquiries, fulfilling their immediate requirements in a vibrant Banking Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients to understand their financial needs
• Provide solutions and connect to relevant team members
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking inquiries
• Introduce clients to digital banking applications
• Ensure a meaningful client experience during each interaction
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to client service and teamwork
• Ability to solve problems and take ownership
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Fully eligible to work in Vancouver, BC
