Requirements:

• Degree in Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate valuation

• Strong communication and analytical abilities

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Argus software

• Candidate for the Appraisal Institute of Canada designation preferred
