CIBC is seeking a dedicated Outbound Financial Services Representative II in Vancouver, BC for a full-time fixed-term contract. Engage proactively with clients to recommend tailored financial products for their goals.

In this contact center role, you’ll initiate outbound calls to discuss existing and new financial services with clients. Your keen understanding of financial products will guide you in forming strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing effective financial solutions. Flexibility to work both in-person and remotely is essential.
