Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Principal Broker for B.C. mortgage activities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Explain complex transactions in a client-friendly manner

• Review client files for issues and resolutions

• Manage end-to-end execution of mortgage transactions

Requirements:

• Licensed Mortgage Broker in British Columbia

• At least two years of mortgage experience

• Understanding of compliance and risk management

• Proven customer service and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
