Position: Independent Valuation Consultant Role
Join Ryan in Vancouver as a Valuation Consultant, specializing in independent valuations. This position involves engaging clients and conducting in-depth research to ensure report integrity.

As a Consultant, you will apply solid appraisal principles to manage various asset valuations. Your responsibilities include client engagement, detailed report preparation, and collaboration with industry experts. This role fosters both individual initiative and a supportive team environment to drive revenue growth and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present complex valuation reports

• Collaborate with clients on valuation inquiries

• Conduct in-depth research to support valuations

• Support peers in their report reviews

• Mentor junior analysts in fundamental appraisal practices

Requirements:

• At least two years of valuation experience

• Required degree, preferably with real estate focus

• Near completion of AACI or P.App. certification

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
