Position: Vancouver Senior Mortgage Underwriting Role
Canada ICI seeks a Senior Mortgage Underwriter to optimize mortgage solutions in Vancouver. This full-time role emphasizes analytical skills and leadership in the real estate financing domain.

As a key financial strategist, you will transform raw financial data into compelling narratives that secure funding. You'll work diligently within the Mortgage Origination team, facilitating funding processes and fostering strong relationships with lenders. Your ability to analyze complex financial scenarios will be crucial in identifying lender opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on mortgage structuring across 100+ lender sources

• Perfect and finalize investment-related documentation

• Review letters and coordinate with Lenders and Borrowers

• Mentor Analysts in mortgage underwriting processes

• Manage urgency in advancing mortgage deals

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance or equivalent

• 3+ years experience in real estate financing

• Strong underwriting and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to financial detail

• Proficiency in Excel and understanding mortgage criteria
