Relay is on the lookout for a Director of Credit Risk to guide its Credit & Spend Management team. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in credit strategy and analytics, particularly in small business lending. You'll be tasked with evolving our charge card offerings and expanding our lending suite while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse team in Credit & Spend Management

• Create an in-house credit decisioning engine

• Define credit policy and underwriting procedures

• Diversify the lending portfolio for optimal performance

• Drive growth and manage P&L effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years in credit analytics

• Background in fintech or early-stage systems

• Proficiency in credit data and infrastructure

• Experience with alternative data sources

• Ability to collaborate with bank partners and stakeholders
