Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the review and processing of monthly invoices

• Keep positive relationships with vendors and resolve issues

• Support weekly payment runs, including checks and electronic transfers

• Conduct bank deposits and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Assist in month-end reconciliations and journal entries

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of accounts payable or retail accounting experience

• Proven ability to process high volumes of invoices

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Knowledge of Net Suite is an asset

• Exposure to the retail industry is an advantage
