Key Responsibilities:
• Provide relationship-based financial advice to members
• Assess member needs for appropriate products and services
• Refer members to Vancity Specialized Teams as needed
• Meet defined targets to support branch profitability
• Apply service standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years in an Account Manager role
• Completed Financial Planning coursework
• 3 years of experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of lending processes preferred
