Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant Role
Join Bridgemans Services Group in Vancouver as a Senior Accountant. This pivotal full-time role focuses on financial reporting, operational accounting, and enhancing multi-entity finance processes.

Reporting directly to the Controller, you will lead crucial month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial statements while supporting international operations. Your skills will help streamline processes and foster collaboration across various teams, driving efficiencies within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

• Analyze budgets and financial variances

• Prepare detailed financial statements and reconciliations

• Manage intercompany accounting and currency operations

• Support year-end audit and compliance tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Proficiency with Quickbooks or similar systems

• Strong command of GAAP regulations and practices
