CMLS Financial is seeking a Mortgage Operations Administrator in Vancouver, BC.

As a Mortgage Operations Administrator, you will manage the entire mortgage servicing process post-funding. Your primary focus will be on compliance, documentation management, and interacting with borrowers to facilitate seamless processes within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mortgage portfolio documentation and compliance
• Facilitate funding and manage construction advances
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions
• Execute remittances and manage reporting
• Maintain professional correspondence with clients
Requirements:
• Nearing completion of an undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred
• Effective communication and integrity
