Position: Finance Administrator for Clinical Trials
Elevate your finance career with a six-month contract as a Finance Administrator in Clinical Trials at Providence Health Care Research Institute. This role specializes in managing research financial activities and clinical trial budgets.

In this position, you'll work closely with the Finance Manager and Principal Investigators to oversee project grants, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with institutional regulations. Your expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation will support effective management of funds in a collaborative environment. You'll bring your analytical skills to assist PIs with budget forecasting and mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth financial operations throughout clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operating and research financial activities for clinical trials

• Prepare and submit invoices to sponsors and CROs

• Reconcile sponsor payments and resolve payment discrepancies

• Prepare financial reports for Principal Investigators

• Maintain accurate records and support grant application processes

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial software

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
