The Finance Director reports directly to the VP Finance, bringing a wealth of experience to lead the Finance & Accounting team. Your main focus will be on overseeing financial processes, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. The role demands strong partnership with department heads and an analytical approach to financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial strategy development and execution

• Ensure timely and accurate financial report generation

• Oversee accounts receivable and revenue processes

• Manage payroll compliance and reporting requirements

• Assist in cash management and liquidity projects

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CPA) with 8+ years in finance

• Leadership experience in accounting roles for 5+ years

• Familiarity with SaaS industry accounting

• Expertise in IFRS and ASPE frameworks

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
