Senior Tax Specialist

Reporting to the Tax Director, this role focuses on the comprehensive preparation and review of corporate income tax returns for Ledcor’s entities. You will provide authoritative guidance and collaborate with various teams to enhance tax planning and compliance processes. Your experience will play a crucial role in addressing complex inquiries and supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate income tax returns for various entities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance

• Identify and analyze complex Canadian tax issues

• Prepare annual provisions for financial statements

• Support tax audits by preparing requisite documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• CPA designation with CICA In-Depth Tax Courses completed

• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience

• Solid understanding of Canadian taxation laws

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
