Your 3–5 years of experience will be key as you manage accounts payable, payroll processes, and create financial reports. Collaboration with the Senior Director, Finance & Administration will be essential for effective financial analysis and budget preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting policies and oversee department operations

• Process timely accounts payable and manage payroll records

• Complete monthly financial statements and audits

• Support budget preparation and financial reports

• Ensure accurate compliance with accounting practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field

• Progressive finance/accounting experience for mid-sized organizations

• CPA designation completed or in progress

• Knowledge of Quick Books Online and fund accounting

• Effective communication skills for diverse interactions
