As a key player within Starlight Development, you will oversee the financial management of pioneering construction initiatives. This role demands a detail-driven professional with a strong grasp of cost controls, vendor practices, and job costing. Reporting to leadership, you will ensure rigorous documentation and compliance while fostering financial clarity in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction budgets for diverse projects

• Develop cost tracking dashboards for financial visibility

• Champion collaboration with PMs on estimates and changes

• Evaluate vendor bids and manage contracts for compliance

• Forecast cash flow needs with finance teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in construction finance or project management

• Extensive experience with large-scale project budgets

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and costing

• High proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools

• Capable of working collaboratively across different jurisdictions
