Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze portfolio performance through robust financial analysis

• Support initiatives for leasing and capital planning

• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitor asset performance metrics focused on investment objectives

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate management

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Detail-oriented, adept at juggling multiple tasks
