Position: Financial Controller at On Side Restoration
Join On Side Restoration as a Financial Controller, guiding financial strategies in a full-time role that covers Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Laval locations. You will lead critical accounting functions, including financial reporting and team leadership.

In this pivotal position, the Financial Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and work closely with the Director of Finance. The role is essential for improving operational processes and reporting accuracy in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly financial close and reporting

• Ensure compliance with IFRS for financial statements

• Manage AR collections and cash application

• Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable

• Drive efficiency improvements in finance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 8-12+ years in progressive accounting roles

• Experience in high-volume or multi-entity environments

• Skilled with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics

• Advanced Excel skills required
