Portfolio Services Specialist

Position: Portfolio Services Specialist at Peoples Group
Become a key player in lending operations at Peoples Group. As a Bilingual Lending & Portfolio Services Specialist, you will enhance client relationships and ensure efficient service delivery in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary.

Your responsibilities will involve managing the complete servicing lifecycle for loans, supporting various funding and payment activities, and coordinating with partners. Strong knowledge of mortgage policies and compliance will be crucial for maintaining accurate records and effective communication with clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage verification of financial transactions such as EFTs and wires

• Process property taxes on a scheduled basis

• Assist in commercial funding and payment processing activities

• Maintain accurate digital records of loan files

• Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of relevant administrative experience

• Bilingual fluency in French and English

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
