In this regular full-time role, you will report to the Associate Director FP&A and participate in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting. You will collaborate across departments, using advanced analytics to support decision-making and deliver insights that help optimize resources and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in budgeting and capital project funding analysis
• Conduct variance analyses and long-term financial forecasts
• Develop business cases and recommend funding strategies
• Partner with stakeholders for informed financial advice
• Ensure adherence to reporting standards and compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Public Administration or a related field
• Professional accounting designation preferred
• Significant experience in finance roles, ideally in public sector
• Knowledge of cost accounting and financial software systems
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
