Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite diverse investment opportunities using Argus and Excel

• Analyze real estate source documents like leases and budgets

• Build and refine cash-flow financial models for property evaluation

• Present analytical findings to support brokers effectively

• Conduct in-depth market and economic research for pricing strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting experience

• Proficient in ARGUS with over 50 models built

• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities
