Help shape financial strategies as a Senior Analyst at Axis Insurance Managers Inc. Focus on preparing critical reports and analyzing data to drive operational excellence throughout the company.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will engage deeply with the FP&A team, providing crucial support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role involves translating complex financial data into clear insights for stakeholders. You'll also take an important role in M&A activities by delivering financial analysis that informs strategic decisions and operational performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dashboards and financial reporting packages for management

• Conduct variance analysis and highlight insights for leadership

• Assist in financial modeling and ROI assessments

• Update and maintain financial reporting packages

• Engage in M&A financial analysis and integration support

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

• CPA or MBA desired; degree in Finance or associated field

• Insurance industry experience is advantageous

• Familiarity with Epic broker management system preferred

• Strong relationship-building and time management skills
