In this strategic role, you will be a key member of CLT’s leadership team, focusing on financial sustainability and risk management. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the financial strategy for multi-entity operations
• Lead risk management and sustainability efforts
• Shape financial planning and governance practices
• Foster relationships with lenders and funders
• Ensure compliance and strategic reporting
Requirements:
• CPA required, with a degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
• Background in real estate, construction, or property management
• Strong knowledge in financial compliance and reporting
• Experience with enterprise systems like Yardi
