Position: BDO Senior Tax Services Leader
Become a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax Services at BDO Canada, focusing on tax due diligence and modelling. Enhance your career while delivering trusted tax insights to clients.

In this role, you will oversee complex tax issues and work closely with clients on transaction tax components. You’ll bring your CPA or LLB along with a minimum of six years of relevant experience to the forefront, optimizing tax structures and leading engagements. Building strong client relationships while mentoring a dynamic team will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive tax due diligence initiatives

• Develop strategic tax solutions for clients

• Prepare detailed analyses of tax implications

• Foster client relationships and team development

• Advance private equity business initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA designation or LLB essential

• Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-depth Tax program is an asset

• At least 6 years of tax experience in professional services

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Team leadership and client engagement skills
