As a part of the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, you will serve clients in a dynamic Banking Centre setting. By proactively engaging with clients, you’ll assess their needs and recommend tailored financial products. This position requires flexibility in working hours and locations to ensure optimal client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients and understand personal and business priorities

• Advise on financial solutions and help build forward-looking plans

• Participate in marketing activities to deepen client connections

• Share technology knowledge, including mobile banking tools

• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• One year of client interaction and sales experience

• Accreditation in Mutual Funds License or equivalent

• Passionate about relationship building and community engagement

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Flexibility to work in multiple locations as needed
