• Market and structure private M&A transactions

• Support Managing Directors in deal execution

• Manage M&A processes and client presentations

• Provide mentorship to Associates and Analysts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in investment banking or M&A

• At least 3 years as an Associate or VP

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis

• Effective communication with stakeholders

• Relevant finance or accounting degree
