As a Lending & Portfolio Services Specialist, you will oversee critical lending functions while coordinating with stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in verifying electronic funds transfers, processing property taxes, and maintaining up-to-date loan documentation. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively addressing client inquiries and fostering relationships with both internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify electronic funds transfers and wire transactions
• Process property taxes according to set schedules
• Maintain accurate digital records for all loans
• Support funding and payments for commercial lending
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of administrative experience
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Background in mortgage loan administration is an asset
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
