Position: Director of Finance at Global Relay
Lead financial operations at Global Relay as the Director of Finance. Oversee reporting, revenue operations, and payroll in a high-growth environment, while ensuring robust financial strategies.

As a core member of the Finance & Accounting team, you will report to the VP of Finance and manage financial reporting, receivables, and payroll functions. This strategic leadership role aims to enhance internal controls, optimize processes, and support enterprise-wide initiatives. Both the Director, Finance, and Director, Finance Operations work collaboratively, driving efficiency and aligning financial operations with broader company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategies supporting organizational goals

• Ensure accuracy in financial close processes internationally

• Drive optimization in billing and accounts receivable functions

• Oversee payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions

• Build and mentor a high-performing financial team

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent with at least 8 years in finance

• Proven leadership experience in multi-entity organizations

• Strong knowledge of SaaS accounting frameworks

• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting

• Exceptional communication skills for senior stakeholders
