Key Responsibilities:

• Track and submit systematic plan requests at fund companies

• Process internal transfers for mutual fund positions

• Manually submit requests to fund companies

• Submit advisor and client information accurately

• Assist with processing applications for Segregated Funds

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of industry experience

• Knowledge of investment concepts and securities practices

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent organization and customer service abilities

• Effective communication and relationship management
