Key tasks include evaluating cash flows, preparing investment analyses, and offering insights for strategic decisions. You'll also play a critical role in the annual budgeting process and long-term forecasting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor asset performance and identify trends
• Deliver actionable insights through reporting
• Support the annual budgeting process
• Assist in market research and due diligence
• Execute financial modeling for risk assessment
Requirements:
• CPA or CFA designation required
• 4+ years of financial analysis focused on real estate
• Strong comprehension of financial metrics like cap rates
• Experience in analyzing income-generating properties
• Proven analytical skills in financial forecasting
