As part of our Finance Team, you will directly report to the Advantages Realization Lead. Your role involves analyzing financial and operational advantages across various projects, optimizing processes, and providing insights that support decision‑making.
You will be responsible for creating ROI models, tracking KPIs, and assessing financial variances.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze operations to align with the annual operating plan
- Implement processes for financial and statistical analyses
- Develop tools for perks realization assessments
- Prepare reports while identifying financial risks and gaps
- Assist in ad hoc requests for financial data and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree and C.P.A. pursuit preferred
- At least 5 years experience in financial planning
- Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise required
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build effective partnerships across teams
